Trainee or Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor
We are looking for a newly qualified Solicitor or trainee to work in our Private Client department in Four Oaks.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Generate your own new leads by networking and work with our extensive residential property team to build your caseload.
- Always Providing outstanding client care and maintaining Davisons’ highly professional approach
- Draft Material to assist in the development of the department.
- Private Client Modules on LPC or equivalent is desirable.
About the Person:
To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience:
- Have a basic understanding of Private Client Law
- Takes responsibility for personal and professional development and ensures compliance with any compulsory professional education requirements.
- Resilient and well-organised – an ability to manage a caseload correctly and to identify and prioritise when urgent action is required in support of a case.
- A strong team player who supports colleagues and the work of the team
- Be able to communicate with, advise and assist elderly clients.
- Excellent attention to detail, clear concise drafting of documents
- Assist other fee earners where required.
- Want to qualify into Private Client and advance the team.
