As a Grammar school boy I first became interested in the Law when my father was injured in an accident at work. Having seen the difficulties he faced in pursuing a personal injury claim, the career path which I wished to pursue in the legal profession became clear, wishing to help and assist clients in achieving the best outcome possible in relation to any claims or disputes.
I love the contentious aspects of the Law and am happy to have been able to help thousands of clients over the years. My main areas of expertise are in dealing with a variety of legal disputes such as professional negligence claims, serious personal injury cases, partnership and company disputes, Probate and Inheritance claims, in addition to a large number of other general civil and commercial disputes.
I believe in striving to provide the best service possible for a client and to ensure that there is excellent communication with a clear understanding and assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of any case. A client’s interests are paramount and I always strive to obtain the best possible outcome.
I see myself as a friendly, straight talking and approachable Solicitor to all my clients delivering excellent levels of service. It is great to have positive personal feedback. It still brings a smile to my face when a client commented that the firm could only improve on the excellent service provided in her case by making clones of me.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. I enjoy the gym, playing football and going to the cinema. An activity which I take part in with my children is kick boxing which in addition to self defence encourages confidence and discipline.
