I wanted to use my experience to help clients with their first steps. With my knowledge, I can help my clients feel relaxed with a better understanding of the full process during what can be the most stressful time of their lives.
I currently work from our Coventry office in Client Experience dealing with the front end of the transaction to ensure a smooth initial set up and experience for our clients. I ensure our standards, service and communication are to the highest level and the work is carried out quickly and efficiently.
In my spare time I’m usually camping, hiking, reading or adding clothes to my online basket.
