I support Davisons’ clients from our Wolverhampton office and advise my clients in relation to Divorce and Civil Partnership Dissolution, Financial Matters (including pension and income provisions upon separation), Spousal and Child maintenance, Children arrangements, Co-habitation disputes, Separation Agreements, Domestic abuse, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Declaration of Trusts and Change of Name Deeds. I am supported on a daily basis by my two assistants, Chloe Shaw and Shabana Hanif and who in turn assist me in supporting our client’s to the highest standard.
I act for a wide range of clients, with differing needs and from varying backgrounds. I would describe myself as friendly and supportive with an empathetic nature although balance this with a firm and direct approach to matters when necessary. I am mindful of the sensitive nature of my client’s instructions and strive to negotiate matters wherever possible with a view to keeping costs proportionate and to a minimum. When Court Proceedings are required I take a pragmatic approach to ensure that my clients feel supported and have a full understanding of the process from start to finish.
Outside of work I am a full time Mum to my little boy, enjoy cooking, live music and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
