My previous experience included acting for developers and housing associations dealing with new build plot sales, shared ownership, right to buy and staircasing transactions, however at Davisons Law my focus is on a mix of transactions to include both freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, new build and shared ownerships transactions, right to buy and staircasing matters and re-mortgages.
I enjoy working within a positive and supportive work environment and feel a sense of satisfaction in helping clients move into their dream home.
Outside of work, my time is spent with my husband and our two children.
