I believe it is really important to keep the clients in the loop of what is happening in their transaction and to try and comply with their timescales. I try to take the stress out of moving for clients but sometimes it is out of my control.
Outside of work, I am Treasurer for Hall Green Guiding (having recently retired from being a Brownie Guider). I also love to make cards and do lots of craft.
