Having progressed from a legal assistant to a fee earner with the company I mainly focus on new build purchases, but also handle normal residential purchases, sales and remortgages including repayment of Help to Buy Loans. As well as this day to day I am tasked with reviewing title packs, search results and mortgage offers while having constant communication with clients, lenders, and third parties involved in the transaction.
My stamina of motivation, discipline, and an unwavering desire to complete the job at a high quality are my non-negotiables that ensure that I deliver the best version of Davisons to our clients. I am also fortunate to be part of a vibrant team that shares the same values as I do, allowing us to collectively meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
Outside of work I am obsessed with football and enjoy watching movies and TV shows.
