I have an exceptional attention to detail, particularly when drafting legal documents, settlement proposals, and child arrangements. This level of precision is especially valuable in family law, where small details can have a major impact on financial security, parenting arrangements, and future stability.
I assisted a mother to resolve child arrangements. The father of the children had started court proceedings. The parties had not spoken to each other for a long time due to their communication having broken down. I was able to communicate with the father on behalf of the mother to assist with resolving the matter amicably. The parties then reached an arrangement which benefited both parties and worked extremely well for the children. At the last hearing an agreed order was presented and approved by the court. At the end of the last court hearing the parties agreed to speak to each other and had a discussion at court for the first time since a long duration of time as they were able to appreciate the benefit this would bring for the children.
Outside of the office I enjoy visiting the cinema and theatre. I also love to travel, and have a passion for cooking and spending quality time with my family.
