Davisons Law expand Four Oaks office with move

Davisons Law are pleased to announce that they have expanded their Four Oaks office by moving offices.

The relocation, which sees Davisons Law move next door to its previous location in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, marks a significant step in the company’s growth strategy.

After more than two decades at 254 Lichfield Road, Davisons Law has relocated to the adjacent Milford House at 260 Lichfield Road.

This move allows the firm to accommodate its growing team whilst maintaining its strong presence in the Four Oaks area.

Helen Bartlam, Equity Director at Davisons Law, commented on the move, and said:

“We’re thrilled to announce our relocation to Milford House. This expansion will enable us to grow our fantastic team, serve more clients, and provide an excellent working environment for our staff.”

The move comes as Davisons Law continues to solidify its position as a top-tier legal service provider.

Helen Bartlam added:

“There’s a reason we’re the number one property lawyers in the West Midlands and Warwickshire. Our growth across various legal areas has led to us now being ranked in the top three nationally for conveyancing matters. Our new office will allow us to expand our team to meet this high demand whilst retaining our high street feel to appeal to local clientele.”

Witney Tully, Four Oaks Conveyancing Director, emphasised the importance of the location and said:

“We’ve worked hard over the years to build a presence in the Four Oaks area. Moving next door to our previous office means our clients will still know where to find us, which is crucial as we aim to remain the go-to local solicitors for the people of Four Oaks.”

Davisons Law, which boasts 14 offices across the Midlands, London, and the Cotswolds, specialises in Housing and Property law. The firm also offers expertise in Wills & Probate, Disputes & Litigation, Family Law, and Commercial Law.

This expansion reflects the firm’s commitment to providing top-quality legal services to a growing client base while maintaining its local roots and personalised approach.
