Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer (Auction)
When you join the team with Davisons Law as a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer (Auction) you will manage your own case load with minimum supervision in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions; handling sales, purchases, Deeds of Variation, remortgages, and transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
You will have a relevant qualification (i.e. solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload.
What You’ll Do
- Minium 3 years PQE.
- Experience of auction conveyancing, working in fast paced and deadline critical environment.
- Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients, estate agents and lenders.
- Manage own work allocation must have proven track record as a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer Fee Earner.
- Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
- Strong organisational skillset, IT literate and experience of using web-based case management systems.
- Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
- Supporting/development assistants and paralegals.
- Work on freehold and leasehold, properties.
- Experience of handling client enquiries both face to face, remotely and by telephone.
