Post Completion Assistant
When you join the team with Davisons Law as a Post Completion Assistant, you will handle the final stages of property transactions after completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed accurately and efficiently. This role involves a mix of administrative and legal tasks related to conveyancing, particularly focusing on post-completion procedures.
What You’ll Do
- To ensure that all post completions processes are finalised, including
- Registering new owners with the Land Registry, including First Registrations
- • To manage post completion registration pipeline and work with outsourced post completion team to ensure registration submitted within priority period and requisitions answered prior to cancellation dates
- To liaise with residential conveyancing teams across all offices to ensure that any outstanding queries are fully resolved at the earliest opportunity
- To close and archive files, ensuring all case management and paper-based folders are completed fully.
- To work with an attention to detail
- To provide general conveyancing administration and support where necessary
- To have experience of handling client enquiries both face to face, remotely and by telephone
