We are seeking to recruit a motivated individual to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and reputable legal firm that has been serving clients on a regional and national basis.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling various civil litigation cases.
  • Representing clients, legal research, drafting pleadings, attending court hearings and providing expert legal advice throughout the litigation process.
  • You will be taking over an existing caseload (limited to your areas of expertise).
  • Responsible for managing your own case load and to work within a team.

To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience:

  • Company and shareholder disputes.
  • Consumer disputes.
  • Inheritance and probate disputes.
  • Partnership disputes.
  • Intellectual Property Disputes.
  • Contract disputes.
  • General civil disputes.
