Facilities Manager
Davisons Law is a leading law firm with a strong presence in Residential Property, Commercial, Litigation, Family and Private Client Law.
As the Facilities Manager, you will oversee the effective management, maintenance, and compliance of all office environments within the firm. This role ensures that the solicitors practice operates safely, efficiently, and in alignment with regulatory, environmental, and professional standards.
The Facilities Manager will also lead the firm’s annual Streamlined Energy & Carbon Reporting (SECR) process, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting of energy usage and carbon emissions.

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations across all offices, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained working environment.
- Oversee building maintenance, cleaning contracts, utilities, security systems, fire safety equipment, and office services.
- Develop and maintain a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule.
- Coordinate office moves, refurbishments, and space planning initiatives.
- Act as main point of contact with landlords, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, including risk assessments, fire safety, and incident reporting.
- Management of firm’s stationary ordering facility.
- Ensuring all staff are set up on relevant platforms when joining.
